Within the framework of the performance of contracts, we shall appoint payment service providers on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. DSGVO. The information is required to complete the transactions. However, the data entered will only be processed and stored by the payment service providers. This means that we do not receive any account- or credit card-related information, but only information with confirmation or negative information about the payment. Under certain circumstances, the data may be transmitted by the payment service provider to credit agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness. For payment transactions, the terms and conditions and the data protection notices of the respective payment service providers apply, which can be accessed within the respective websites or transaction applications. You have the right to information about the personal data processed by us about your person. In the case of a request for information which is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then demand proof from you that you are the person you claim to be.
There is no legal obligation for the provision of your data to Webbee GmbH. However, you cannot make use of certain services from us if you do not provide us with your data. The provision of your data is completely voluntary.
